Gingerbread Julep

Super zingy and refreshing, this is perfect for an after-dinner treat to be enjoyed while you settle on the sofa with a full belly. 

Ingredients

  • 25ml Italian Espresso

  • Handful Mint Leaves

  • Top Up Ginger Beer

 

Glass: Tin/ Metal Goblet or Glass Goblet
Ice: Crushed
​​​​​​​Garnish: Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Make your espresso coffee in your coffee maker

  2. Add lots of ice to a glass or metal goblet.

  3. Add a handful of mint leaves, and the espresso coffee, and muddle to release flavours.

  4. Top with alcohol-free ginger beer.

  5. Enjoy!
