Handful Mint Leaves

Top Up Ginger Beer
Glass: Tin/ Metal Goblet or Glass Goblet
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Fresh Mint
Method

Make your espresso coffee in your coffee maker

Add lots of ice to a glass or metal goblet.

Add a handful of mint leaves, and the espresso coffee, and muddle to release flavours.

Top with alcohol-free ginger beer.
