I am not ready to stop drinking just yet - do I need to stop before I start this course?

No! You won’t be asked to make any change until you are ready, empowered and feeling good about it.

 

Deprivation creates stress and stress makes us drink. The point is to absorb the information in a state of mind that is positive and hopeful – so you will never be asked to make a change before you are ready to embrace it.

Will I have to stop drinking forever?

That will be totally up to you. Many participants find complete freedom from alcohol. Others regain their control over alcohol and learn to have an occasional drink without wanting more.

What if I can’t afford it?

A bit of tough love from me :) If you are drinking every day, you are spending this money on alcohol. Tolerance only goes one way. That’s how alcohol works. If you don’t do something about this now, it will be worse tomorrow, not better. TNM did a survey of hundreds of people and the average person was spending £12 - £15 GBP on alcohol, per day. Some less and a few more, but 73% said they spent £13 - £15 per day. This course will pay for itself in less time than the course takes to complete. More questions

Can I go at my own pace?

My drinking is such a habit, and I know it takes a lot of work to change a habit. Do you address this?
