Where you are now. Where you could be.
Where you might be now...
-
Waking up tired and a little anxious, even when you slept "enough"
-
Replaying last night, wondering what you said or did
-
Promising yourself "not tonight" and breaking it again by 6pm
-
Watching money disappear on drinks, deliveries and taxis home
-
Knowing something has to change, but not knowing where to start

Here's what is possible...
-
Waking up clear-headed, calm and actually rested
-
Remembering the whole evening, because there's nothing to forget
-
Keeping the promises you make to yourself
-
Watching your bank balance recover, month after month
-
Having a plan, and someone in your corner while you follow it

What changes when the desire itself changes
This isn't about gritting your teeth through cravings. My coaching is built on This Naked Mind and ALP methodology, and it works on the desire to drink itself, not just the behaviour sitting on top of it. Here's what that actually gives you.

Freedom without the fight
No white-knuckling, no counting down the days. As the desire changes, the urge simply stops turning up the way it used to, so you're not spending every evening talking yourself out of a drink.

Everything that comes back
Sleep that actually restores you. A clearer head and a steadier mood. Money that stays in your account instead of leaving it on nights out, taxis and the round nobody remembers buying. Many clients tell me their focus and energy at work lift too, once the fog clears.

Support without the judgement
ALP & CBT-based, one-to-one, and built around you, not a script that says you have to call yourself an alcoholic or sit in a circle of strangers. You can carry on drinking while we start; nobody is asking you to declare anything on day one.
Why this is worth it
Add up what a month of drinking actually costs you. Not just the drinks themselves, but the deliveries, the taxis home, the meal out you don't remember, the day written off after a bad night. For a lot of people, twelve sessions costs less than a few months of that, and it's the last time you'll need to pay it. This isn't something you do once and forget. Six or twelve sessions is enough time to work through the whole arc, understanding why you drink, building real awareness, and rewiring the habit properly, so it stays changed.

A good time to start is today.
This method has a strong track record: around 9 in 10 clients who complete the programme are able to reduce their drinking or give it up for good, based on This Naked Mind's efficacy research. I only take on a small number of one-to-one clients at a time, so everyone I work with gets my proper attention, not a slice of it. Every month you wait is another month of the mornings you already know you don't want. If you're ready, let's talk. No pressure, no sales pitch, just a conversation.
