Privacy Policy

Zero Fierce Last updated: 25 July 2026

At Zero Fierce, I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit my website or work with me as a coaching client, how I use it, and what rights you have over it. I've tried to keep it in plain English rather than legal jargon, because that's how I like to do everything else too.

If you have any questions, just get in touch (details at the bottom).

Who I am

Zero Fierce is run by Amanda Foster, a sole trader based in the UK. For the purposes of data protection law, I'm the "data controller" of the information described below.

Business address: Zerofierce, Kings Road, Hayling Island, PO11 0PD Email: amanda@zerofierce.com

Information I collect

Depending on how you interact with the website, I may collect:

  • Contact details you give me directly, such as your name and email address, if you fill in a contact form, sign up for the free eBook, book a call, or message me through the site chat, social media, or by email or text.

  • Coaching information, if you become a client, which may include details you share with me about your alcohol use, wellbeing, and personal circumstances so I can support you effectively. This is sensitive information, and I only collect what's needed for our work together, with your consent.

  • Payment information, if you purchase coaching services. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; I don't store your full card details myself.

  • Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and how you use the site, gathered through cookies and similar tools (see below).

How I use your information

I use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the free resources you've requested

  • Deliver coaching sessions and support you as a client

  • Send you the eBook and, if you've opted in, follow-up emails and newsletters via Mailchimp

  • Process payments for coaching services

  • Improve the website and understand how visitors use it

  • Meet my legal and accounting obligations

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, I rely on the following grounds to use your information: your consent (for example, when you sign up for emails or share coaching-related details with me), the performance of a contract (when you book and pay for coaching), and my legitimate interests in running and improving my business, where these don't override your rights.

Where I process sensitive information about your health or alcohol use as part of coaching, I do so only with your explicit consent, and I keep it only for as long as needed to provide that support.

Sharing your information

I don't sell your information. I may share it with trusted third parties who help me run Zero Fierce, such as:

  • Mailchimp, for email marketing and newsletters

  • Booking and payment platforms used to schedule and pay for calls (I currently use this website only)

  • Website hosting and analytics providers (I currently use only this website, plus a Skool course channel, if you sign up there too.)

These providers only receive the information they need to do their job and are required to keep it secure.

Cookies

My website may use cookies and similar technologies to help it function properly and to understand how visitors use the site (for example, through analytics tools). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

How long I keep your information

I keep your information only for as long as it's needed for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law (for example, financial records are usually kept for six years). Coaching notes are kept securely and deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the information I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct inaccurate information

  • Ask me to delete your information

  • Restrict or object to how I use it

  • Ask for your information in a portable format

  • Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribing from emails)

  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how I've handled your information

To exercise any of these rights, just get in touch using the details below.

Children

Zero Fierce's services and website are intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time, for example if I start using a new tool or service. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
