I served these Fierce Pink Mocktails over the weekend, and the comments were amazing. Even the alcohol drinking friends loved these! They have a lovely soft flavour, and the Lyre's is a definite keeper for me. They felt super luxurious and like a proper treat.
Fierce Pink Mocktail
Ingredients
Here is what you need to make a tasty pink mocktail:
30ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut milk
30ml cream of coconut
A handful of Raspberries or Strawberries
Lemon or pineapple slices to garnish
Copious quantities of ice
Sugar to frost the glass
Method
Prepare your glass, if you wish, by dipping in water and then sugar to coat the rim.
Add the Lyre's Pink London Spirit, coconut milk, pineapple juice and cream of coconut to a mocktail shaker.
Muddle your choice of berries and add to the shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Pour generously into a glass, use a strainer if you dislike bits.
Add lemon or pineapple slices to garnish
Serve and enjoy!
