I've drawn a new card

Zerofierce is getting a little more mystical. Don't worry, the jokes are staying.

Hello, dear Reader,

I've drawn a new card. ✨

It's called The Hangover. She's sitting on a crescent moon, wrapped in a duvet like a royal cloak, wearing sunglasses at night and clutching a giant glass of water like it's the Holy Grail. If you've ever woken at 3am with a mouth like the bottom of a birdcage, you'll know her. I certainly do. Red wine was my tipple, and that 3am wake-up was a regular appointment for years.

She's the first card in what I'm calling the Zerofierce deck. And she's a little clue that things are changing round here.

So what's changing?

For the last while, Zerofierce has been all things retro, gaming and just plain silly. Sunbursts, synthwave sunsets, pop-art speech bubbles. I loved them. But the more I learn, the more I realise the way out of the drinking trap isn't only in our heads. It's in our hearts, our intuition, and the big questions we've been too busy (or too hungover) to ask.

So Zerofierce is getting a little more mystical. Tarot cards. Oracle cards. Numerology. Moonlit paintings. Think less Top of the Pops and more fortune teller with a wicked sense of humour.

Don't panic. The jokes are staying. You'll still get the cheeky British humour, the honesty, and absolutely no preaching. I just think the cards say it better than a sunburst ever could. Take The Negotiator, a little imp on your shoulder waving a contract that says "just one". Or The Black Cat, calmly knocking your wine off the table while leaving the teapot well alone. Spooky, eh?

Intuitive coaching

Here's the bit I'm really excited about.

I've launched intuitive coaching, and it's something a bit different. I use astrology, numerology and other intuitive tools to bring up the big questions. The ones that really matter. Who are you without the wine? What do you actually want? What has the drink been quietly covering up?

Then we answer them together.

I know, I know. Astrology? From me? But here's the thing, my friend. It works. These tools have a way of getting past the polite answers and straight to the true ones. And once you know the real question, the drink starts to look like what it always was: the wrong tool for the job.

A little hypnotherapy

I've also been training with Paul McKenna's School of Hypnotherapy, and loving every minute. From January, hypnotherapy will be available as an optional extra for all my coaching clients. Coaching gets you there all on its own. Hypnotherapy is simply a lovely extra tool for the curious.
