Something new I have been studying, and what it means for you.

My friend, I have a confession. For the last few months, most evenings after my "real" job finished and the house had gone quiet, I have been back at my desk with a notebook, a cup of tea gone cold, and my brain absolutely fizzing.
I went back to school.
Not in the terrifying, uniform and homework sense. But properly studying, late into the night, rewinding videos, taking notes, practising on anyone who would sit still long enough. I have been training with Paul McKenna's excellent School of Hypnotherapy, and it has been one of the most fascinating things I have ever done.
Why Hypnotherapy?
Let me be really clear about one thing before I go any further. ALP coaching does not need hypnotherapy to work. It never has. It stands entirely on its own two feet, and it has already changed lives, including mine. I am not adding this because anything was missing. I am adding it because I am the sort of person who is always asking "what else could help?" I renew my TNMI membership every single year for exactly that reason. I am forever curious about the mind, about why we do the things we do, and about what else might make the road a little easier for anyone who fancies an extra option alongside the coaching that already works.
And the more I studied hypnotherapy, the more I realised how beautifully it can sit alongside what I already do, for anyone curious enough to want both.
You see, so much of getting free from alcohol happens above the neck, in the stories we tell ourselves, the beliefs we picked up without noticing, the little voice that says "you need this to cope" or "you're not the sort of person who can just stop." My coaching already works on that, gently, through awareness and understanding, no shame, no willpower required. Hypnotherapy simply gives me another way in, straight to the subconscious, where a lot of those old beliefs are quietly running the show without you ever having agreed to them.
I will not pretend I know everything yet. I am newly qualified, and I take that seriously. But I have practised, and practised, and practised, on willing volunteers who very kindly let me fumble my way through until it stopped feeling clumsy and started feeling like something real. And what I felt in those sessions, watching someone's shoulders drop, their breathing slow, their face soften, told me this was worth bringing to you.
So here is my news.
My current coaching prices are shown here - and this offer includes my full year plan, which is excellent value. From 27th December, I am opening exactly two spaces where I will hold those current prices and fold hypnotherapy into your ALP coaching at no extra cost at all, while I build my experience with it. You will be my willing subjects and my single source of passion for however long you book for. I just know it will be an incredible journey. Once those two spaces are taken, that offer closes, and hypnotherapy will become an additional cost on top of coaching going forward.
I want to give the two people who take these spots my full attention and proper care, not rush through it to fit everyone in. If you like the sound of pairing coaching with hypnotherapy, and fancy being one of the two, do get in touch soon.
Two spaces, one exciting journey
Change really can happen without white knuckling your way through it, without gritting your teeth and gripping the arms of the chair, hoping willpower holds out. The subconscious mind is a remarkably willing partner, once you know how to talk to it properly.
This is your nudge, right now.
If you would like to be one of the two people to lock in my current prices with hypnotherapy woven through it at no extra charge, message me, comment, or book your free call, and let's talk about what that could look like for you.
Love always, a very excited,
Amanda x
